SugarCRM to Showcase Proven CRM Strategies, Innovative New Products and Customer Case Studies
SugarCRM, the world’s leading provider of open source customer relationship management (CRM) software, today announced its CRM Acceleration Tour will arrive in London on October 5th, 2010. CRM Accelerations are one-day, intensive sessions to help business leaders develop and implement CRM strategy.
The event will include a keynote by Laurence Buchanan, Executive Consultant CRM & Social CRM at CapGemini UK, who will examine how Star Wars, the popular Sci-Fi movies, can serve as a guide for the changes Social CRM is introducing to companies. "We are thrilled to have Laurence Buchanan at our event and providing what we expect to be a thought provoking take on the future of CRM and the effect of social media," says Tom Schuster, VP and General Manager of SugarCRM Europe.
Customers from diverse industries, such as LOOMIS UK, a financial services company, Tollpost Globe, a supply chain and transportation company and Unanimis, a leading UK advertising network, will explain how they implemented CRM within their own companies. There will also be in-depth product sessions and real-world demo scenarios featuring the recently released Sugar 6. "With Sugar 6, SugarCRM continues to offer the easiest and most affordable CRM solution for companies of all sizes," explains Tom Schuster, VP and General Manager of SugarCRM Europe, "and this event provides an ideal opportunity for companies at any stage of their CRM deployment, to join us to understand, plan and refine their CRM strategy."
The CRM Acceleration event is to be held at the Sheraton Park Lane Hotel in London. Attendance is free of charge.
