StraightThrough CRM Solutions Rebrands Itself as Tier1CRM Inc; Expands into Additional Vertical Market Segments
TORONTO, May 23 – StraightThrough CRM Solutions has changed its name to Tier1CRM Inc. The change represents the company’s expansion of its business focus from providing Financial Services CRM solutions to serving various other market segments, including the retail, high-tech and public sectors.
The company’s niche is in providing highly specialized on-demand CRM solutions. It is a Premier Consulting Partner of salesforce.com, the market and technology leader in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS). By broadening its focus, Tier1CRM can meet the needs of a larger marketplace; as of January 31, 2008 salesforce.com has more than 41,000 customers.
