On Friday, I discussed Zoho CRM Enterprise vs. Salesforce and Google Apps.
Now I want to take a closer look at their office and collaboration suite.
Google Apps vs Zoho Office Suite
I won’t attempt to rehash the wheel, as Lifehacker.com did a great side by side analysis of these two David and Goliaths.
Google Apps standard is free, which is fine for most users and small businesses as long as you don’t mind seeing Google Adsense ads in your Gmail.
Zoho is free for the first 3 users.
For business users, Google offers a Google Apps suite, priced at $50 per user per year. This is equivalent to Zoho Business, priced at $40 per user per year.
Below is a table from LifeHacker.com. Note that Google Shared Calendar is not listed below as it is part of Gmail. In my opinion, the shared calendar is what kept the majority of email users onto Microsoft Exchange.
