…Highest number of completed interviews in a single day…
OSLO, Norway and NEW YORK, NY – Confirmit has announced the highest number of completed interviews in a single day on its Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) survey platforms to date and 25% growth in completed interviews on the platform since 2008.
During the first 10 months of 2009, the Confirmit On-Demand platforms have supported more completed interviews than during the whole of 2008. Both Confirmit’s US and European On-Demand environments have seen record increases in traffic, while continually exceeding Confirmit’s Uptime Service Level Agreements of 99.7%.
Gary Schwartz, SVP Marketing at Confirmit, said: “These figures are a very encouraging sign that, even during the recession, businesses are increasingly relying on sophisticated survey and enterprise feedback management systems to drive better insight into customer and employee behavior.”
According to a recent report from leading IT advisory firm Gartner entitled Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM): Market Overview, “Gartner expects strong, annual double-digit growth for EFM in the next two years.”*
The growth percentages for EFM outlined in the report are “significantly higher than currently forecast by Gartner for the software applications market…and, in particular, the CRM market.” Schwartz believes that this demonstrates the increased interest in feedback solutions that deliver focused, enterprise-wide insight.
The Confirmit On-Demand platforms are hosted in two locations: Dallas, Texas in the US, and London, UK. Both locations have undergone a complete rebuild during the past six months to deliver greater scalability and increased reliability to Confirmit’s expanding customer base.
