Full CRM Integration Functionality Available for Charitable Contact Centers
RICHMOND, Va.–AMC Technology, L.L.C., a leading provider of multi-channel integration solutions for contact centers, today announced the creation of a donation program to provide its flagship product, the Multi-Channel Integration Suite (MCIS™), to qualifying nonprofit organizations.
MCIS enables contact centers to seamlessly connect a variety of communications channels with leading business applications such as SAP CRM, Oracle Siebel CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce CRM. As a result, contact center agents for these nonprofits will be able to manage their interactions – including phone calls, chats and email – with full, real-time access to contact information in a single desktop window. Subsequent increases in efficiency will allow participating charitable organizations to reach more people more quickly without negatively impacting their existing technology infrastructure.
The new initiative represents an annual allocation of $500,000 in software licenses for use by groups with a 501(c)(3) designation.
