Marketing View Demand Generation/Marketing Automation Product Now Available on Force.com AppExchange
SALT LAKE CITY — TreeHouse Interactive™, the technology leader in on-demand partner relationship management (PRM), channel sales force automation (CSFA™) and demand generation solutions, today announced that Marketing View, its demand generation solution, now integrates with Salesforce. TreeHouse also announced today that Marketing View is now available on the Force.com AppExchange site for on-demand business applications.
Key Benefits of the Integration
In addition to the benefits of adding an enterprise-class marketing automation/demand generation system for Salesforce users, the integration of these two products revolutionizes lead distribution and enables industry-leading campaign ROI reporting for marketers.
- Revolutionizing lead distribution – Marketing View is the first demand generation product to deliver ROI reporting regardless of sales channel. For the first time, leads can be routed to internal OR external sales teams.
- Industry-leading ROI across channels – Leads that have been qualified directly, or nurtured to qualification, are automatically sent to Salesforce with all of the relevant lead qualification information. In fact, sales teams can review the entire marketing contact history prior to contacting each lead so that they have all relevant information to ensure a successful follow up call. As leads are processed from campaign to close, revenue is accurately attributed to the correct campaign regardless of whether an internal sales team member or a partner closed the business.
- Integrating eCommerce – Marketing View also now includes the ability to integrate eCommerce purchase data for use in targeting and understanding total lifetime customer value. This will allow Salesforce users who sell online in addition to direct and indirect sales channels to understand campaign ROI, regardless of the channel through which a sale was ultimately executed.
“Together, Marketing View and Salesforce give us the enhanced sales and marketing capabilities we needed to drive better campaign ROI and close more business,” said Eran Farajun, executive vice president, Asigra, the leader of agentless backup and recovery. “Now we can build campaigns with unprecedented targeting capabilities and deliver those leads in real-time to our internal sales teams or partner network. With the new ROI functionality we can then determine which campaigns and which channels are the most profitable for us.”
Marketing View demand generation system is available on Force.com AppExchange starting at $749/month. For more information, please visit: http://www.salesforce.com/appexchange/detail_overview.jsp?id=a0330000006mOf8AAE
