This is interesting that small business collaboration will triple by 2011. I think we can see a lot of business growth in the coming years :)

It is strategically important for mid size companies to integrate with partner companies. Synergy is important not only for growth but even for survival.

With the increasing call center establishments all over the world and finding cost effective ways to address customer needs, customer service is bound to grow. Development takes time especially in emerging countries because with every single growth in CRM field, educating people about the use and benefits also take time. It requires time in the successful implementation.

I think the commentary at the top of this article outlines a very keyed in perspective on the importance of proper business management solutions.

A lot of the businesses I work with feel that an email client and word processing software, account for the bulk of their business needs. In a lot of these companies I find the employees are like separate countries each speaking their own language and unaware of the practices of their neighboring country.

A proper business solution should address all aspects of business management and allow different departments to work together to collaborate without the need for constant briefs and meetings, which still do not provide people with a view of the project as a whole.
