SugarCRM CEO John Roberts Joins Panel at InfoWorld’s Open Source Business Conference

Joined by Executives From Sun/MySQL, Novell, Mozilla-Firefox and North Bridge Venture Partners, SugarCRM to Discuss the Impact of Open Source on Today’s Economy
CUPERTINO, Calif.–SugarCRM today announced that John Roberts, co-founder and CEO, will participate in the “North Bridge Venture Partners Keynote Panel,” at the Open Source Business Conference (OSBC) on Tuesday, March 24 at 9:30 a.m. at The Palace Hotel in San Francisco.
Joined by executives from Sun/MySQL, Novell, Mozilla-Firefox and North Bridge Venture Partners, the discussion will focus on the current state of economic and global affairs and what this means for open source technologies. The executives will also share insight on the results of the OSBC-North Bridge Venture Partners “Future of Open Source” survey.
The other panelists who will participate in the discussion include: Michael Skok, general partner at North Bridge Venture Partners; Marten Mickos, senior vice president of the Database Group at Sun/MySQL; Dries Buytaert, both founder of Drupal.org and co-founder and CTO of Acquia; Ron Hovsepian, CEO of Novell; and John Lilly, chief executive officer of Mozilla-Firefox.
OSBC, owned and produced by InfoWorld, is the industry’s forum for senior business leaders, C-level technical strategists, lawyers and venture capitalists to collaborate on emerging business models, strategies and profitability through open source. This year’s OSBC conference will focus on the biggest issue in open source today—open sourcing the enterprise.
