Salesforce.com and Google Wave [VIDEO]

I wrote about the Google Wave and how it will impact Social CRM.
In this short video from Youtube, here is a demo showing how Google Wave and Salesforce.com’s Service Cloud can streamline customer service interactions.
It is a demo, so like all demos, take it with a grain of salt.
For benefits, I think they should emphasis more the drag and drop capabilities of Google Wave, plus the ability to do screen captures other than the conventional ALT-PrntScr especially for the Service Desk.
Plus, they showed live chat by typing, but with unified communications, I can see a VoIP application coming down the pipe.
