NTRsupport remote software works in Leopard

Last week, NTRglobal announced the expansion of support for its NTRsupport software to include Mac OS X v10.5 “Leopard” (as well as Microsoft Vista).

NTRsupport is a remote support system that enables IT technicians in enterprise environments to access systems running Mac OS X v10.3.9 or later and various versions of Windows, Linux and Windows Mobile.

Applications for NTRsupport include Customer Relationship Management (CRM), help desk support and Web site management. It’s currently used by more than 12,000 companies around the world.

NTRsupport works in a Web browser and is available as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) as well as by On-site license model, via a company’s own server.

It may be the perfect remote support solution for any company.
