Many good companies did get caught up in the melt-down of &#039;03.  Thankfully Jamcracker managed to survive, and business has never been better.

Business model is slightly different in that we now offer our aggregated services delivery entirely thru channels, which now include many of the world&#039;s largest carriers as well as hundreds of VARs and MSPs.
