Another alternative to Salesforce is PipelineDeals CRM. Their application is very well designed and extremely easy to use. You can get up and running very quickly. I would definitely encourage checking them out. They are very friendly toward SMB’s with responsive customer service and an intuitive application. If you need a simple CRM tool that provides some insightful graphs and reporting, give them a look.

@Phillip – CRM packages come in all shapes and sizes. And prices, from FREE to expensive. I know Salesforce.com cheapest version costs $80/month for 5 users for the “Team Edition”.

It’s about time that someone began offering a CRM application that small business can afford. I hear SalesForce.com is good but who can afford $150 per user! Thanks for the posting and tip about StreetSmart … I’ll be giving it a try for sure!
