Etelos Projects and Etelos CRM Receive Additional Functionality and Upgrades

Etelos Releases Updates for its Two Popular Business Management Applications to Improve Reliability, User Experience and Usability

SAN MATEO, Calif.–Etelos, Inc. today announced the release of updated versions of Etelos Projects™ (Project Management) and Etelos CRM™ (customer relationship management). The updated versions of these applications, including Etelos Projects for Google Apps, Etelos CRM, Etelos CRM for Google Apps, and Etelos CRM for iPhone™, are now available in the Etelos Marketplace™.

Etelos has added its proprietary Etelos Ad Serve™ technology to the free version of Etelos Projects. Already provided in the free versions of the Etelos CRM family of products, this technology allows advertisers to place highly targeted and demographically effective ads into the Etelos Projects application. Users get the benefit of a free version of Etelos Projects without being interrupted by irrelevant and obtrusive advertising.

“Enabling Etelos Projects with Etelos Ad Serve allows us to provide our advertisers with a highly targeted audience,” said Shelley Symonds, Etelos VP & chief marketing officer. “Combined with our powerful reporting tools, advertisers receive valuable feedback relating to quantity and quality of responses.”

Additionally, users can now upload custom branding to Etelos Projects, such as a company logo. This feature extends our customers’ branding when they are collaborating on a project with teams outside their company.

In Etelos CRM, users can now capture the lead source that generated a contact showing which marketing efforts are most effective. In addition, Etelos has updated sales opportunity reporting in Etelos CRM to include the identified lead source. This makes it easier for customers to manage leads.

Etelos has simplified the sign on process for users of the iGoogle interface and the Etelos CRM Portal. Now, when a user logs into one gadget, the system signs that user into all gadgets, significantly improving the initialization process.

These updated applications work on Etelos Application Server™ V6 and have been provided to all existing V6 customers. They are available now to new users through the Etelos Marketplace at http://www.etelos.com/marketplace.
