TMCnet is currently holding its annual CRM Excellent Award competition, and its deadline is nearing. This award could be a great PR and ‘thumbs up’ for your team’s effort to install and manage your corporate CRM. Why not reward an outstanding job of your team?
The company, TMCnet, says that for its Ninth Annual CRM Excellence Award, ‘winners will be chosen on the basis of their product’s or service’s ability to help extend and expand the customer relationship to become all encompassing, covering the entire enterprise and the entire lifetime of the customer.’
‘To be considered for the CRM Excellence Award, companies must submit an essay, in case study format, that documents an installation for a client company. Include background on the client company, their problems, the reasons they chose your company’s product and/or service, the installation process and the results, post-installation (include hard numbers, if available).’
Of course include company & personal contact info, URL product shot and descriptions and some nice screen shots to round out your application.
Winners will be announced in the May and June 2008 issues of its Customer Interaction Solutions magazine.
EXTENDED Deadline: March 12, 2008. Application fee $799.
